Patient Information

We strive to give the highest quality of care and to be partners in your effort to raise healthy kids.

Appointments

Regular Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – Noon

We understand that children don’t always get sick between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. So that we may better serve the needs of working parents, we have one physician who works late Monday through Thursday to accommodate acute illnesses. St. Louis Children’s Hospital After Hours is available for emergencies.

Appointment Policies
Although we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, we ask that all families abide by the following expectations.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late for a scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments. This is so that we may schedule another patient in the cancelled appointment time. We do not charge a late cancellation fee at this time.
  • Missed Appointments: After three missed appointments without a cancellation call, we reserve the right to terminate the physician/patient relationship.

After Hours / Emergencies
If an emergency should arise after office hours, call our exchange at 314-362-4433. During overnight hours, trained pediatric nurses from St. Louis Children’s Hospital will answer your calls, provide advice, and contact the on-call physician if needed. Routine matters such as appointments, test results, medication refills and billing questions should be addressed during regular office hours. In case of an emergency, go to your nearest emergency room.
