Appointment Policies
Although we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, we ask that all families abide by the following expectations.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late for a scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments. This is so that we may schedule another patient in the cancelled appointment time. We do not charge a late cancellation fee at this time.
- Missed Appointments: After three missed appointments without a cancellation call, we reserve the right to terminate the physician/patient relationship.

Vaccine Policy
We follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and recommend that all patients are fully immunized following the approved schedule of immunizations. For additional information, The Vaccine Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia provides complete, up-to-date and reliable information about vaccines.
Ear Piercing

Payments and Billing
Copays and remaining balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. Our billing department is available Monday through Friday to answer questions. A fee will be applied to your account for all returned checks.
